The City of Alameda invites proposals for the On Call Maintenance, Repair and Inspection Services for existing Fire Sprinkler Systems in City-owned or controlled property at Alameda Point and other select locations throughout Alameda, under the direction of the Base Reuse and Economic Development Department, or designee.

The City of Alameda invites proposals for the On Call Maintenance, Repair, Monitoring and/or Inspection Services for existing Fire Alarm Systems in City-owned or controlled property at Alameda Point and other select locations throughout Alameda, under the direction of the Base Reuse and Economic Development Department, or designee.

The City of Alameda invites proposals for the On Call Maintenance, Repair and/or Replacement Services for Residential Roofing at Alameda Point Main Street Neighborhood.

The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with abatement, demolition and disposal of the Building at 2501 Todd Street (“Building 116”).

Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with removal and replacement of damaged sections of existing concrete sidewalk including root cutting, curb, gutter, and driveway; repairing sections of failed asphalt concrete pavement; and replacement of curb drain outlets, and concrete repair of adjacent sidewalk flags. The work shall include traffic control, saw cutting, excavation, backfilling, compaction; installation of root barriers, patching asphalt conforms adjacent to new gutters, and clearing and grubbing.

Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with the work to be performed under these specifications consists of the roadway rehabilitation of Grand Street from Shoreline Drive to Otis Drive in Alameda California. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to mobilizing, traffic and pedestrian control to manage and close off work areas from pedestrians and parking, clearing and grubbing, tree protection, removal of existing asphalt concrete pavement, removal of existing concrete including curb, curb and gutter, sidewalk, transit islands, and curb ramps, removal, stockpiling and disposal of base materials, adjusting utility covers, new sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter and curb ramps, subgrade preparation (with over-excavation as needed), excavation, overlay of new hot mix asphalt (HMA) on roadway, K- 71 bollards, railing, striping and signage, and painted curb.

The City is responsible for the management of all public on-street parking, curbside space, public parking lots and the Civic Center Parking Garage. To optimize parking availability and utilization, the City employs a variety of paid parking systems. The following is an overview of asset infrastructure along with services covered by the City’s Parking Operator.

Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with removing and installing sanitary sewer mains, sewer laterals, maintenance holes, cleanouts, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, street patch, water pollution control, traffic controls and all other associated work to complete the project at the locations designated in the plans.

Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with excavation of accumulated material from Lagoon 5 in the area shown on the plans, including mobilization, demobilization, Water Pollution Control Plan (WPCP), traffic controls, debris and pollutant containment, permits, clean-up and all other associated work to complete the project at the locations designated in the plans.
