Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with associated with cold plane asphalt concrete overlay, hot mix asphalt inlays, remove and replace sidewalk, adjust storm drain inlet, landscape median, install curb ramp, install roadside, install concrete steps, handrailing and pavement striping.
